Transparent Car deals.
Made an appointment for 8am to have my vehicle's engine oil changed and engine light checked. I called the dealership after it had been there 3 hours wanting to see if the engine light was something big and then they were "just about to pull it in" so they said, waited another 3 hours went back they hadn't even moved it from where I had originally parked it that morning at 8. On top of that the two oil change appointments that were made before that appointment took over 2 hours to do. Won't be going back or recommending them.
I have never seen such a horrible service department in my life. No wonder people go into Oklahoma city for service and buying cars.........
No pressure sales, friendly
Customer service is a joke, the service department doesn't know how to transfer calls. Don't bother with an appointment the odds of it mattering are slim to none. Changing a tire takes them at least 30 minutes per tire. The only reason I came here after it took them all day to swap the tires on my personal vehicle is my company insurance only supports them for the current van I drive.
