The worst customer service. Staff is incredibly rude. I was standing in line and witnessed the staff being so rude to someone, that I didn't even want their services.
I was working in Woodward from out of town when my car decided it was not going to work. I noticed High Plains Tire had a 4.8 star rating from 9 reviews, so I took a chance and called them. I asked the tow truck driver if he knew anything about their shop and was told they had been in town for a long time and knew their business well. When I arrived they quickly moved to help me and started right away fixing my car problem. Very friendly and professional. They got me quickly on my way, and I was surprised the cost was very reasonable. I NEVER write reviews, but felt for this quality they deserve my recognition.
Bought new tire blew out 3 weeks later replaced with out a problem great people
Quick and efficient service. Has a nice waiting lounge to sit in while vehicle is being seen to.
