Absolutely worse customer service and management, Christie Richie I believe is the weekend managers name this Sunday needs retraining in what customer means its sad she sets this kind of example for employees to follow.
Disappointing menu. 11:11 AM, they had the breakfast menu up, but forgot to take it down. The hamburgers were cold. They push shakes with combo meals, instead of offering soft drinks. I thought I was getting a chicken sandwich combo, but apparently not. Don't recommend. Go to Sonic or McDonalds instead.
Grocery and ice cream are fantastic. The food is great, but the service is consistently very slow, so avoid this place if in a hurry.
Braums is the best fast food around plys a grocery store to boot
Ordered a chicken dinner didnt get any chicken no fries they put hamburger buns in my box gravy a dressing a pudding and a butter .....super pissed off... Told em they wont do anything about it also my fiance ordered a burger a #6 and he did not recieve fries either.... Will not ever ever go to another braums again we spent $20 and i dont even have food....
