very rude store, cashier didn't read add or care to, to honor the sale, got mad and even tore up my coupon, may be wrong time of month for her I don't know all I said was that rang up wrong and she said no it didn't it's not on sell, I tried to show her the ad and she wouldn't even look at it.. it was for vise grips straight or curved and she said curved only.so hubby said if you won't look at ad we'll go elsewhere and she was like good. went to ace on Oklahoma and was telling them what happen and 4 people there had bad things to say about that store from there experience, even employees said they hate to call over to that store. glad I went to Okla. Blvd. store for they were nicer and there same stuff was even cheaper then the 8th street store. will never set foot back in there and will tell my story to everyone. think a store should tape and record employees for months to see how they act with customers because this store will loose a lot of customers from this rude know it all employee.
