The Aprn Lisa Hargis is awful. I have never met a more rude vile person in my life. The front staff & nurses however are very nice. I've been to this location several times & never had a problem until today & it was only her that made it bad, if she stays working there I will not be returning. After talking to several other people around Woodward they have also had the same experiences with her. I was in there for an hour and 30 minutes with only one other person in the waiting room before me.
