I Recenly had a CT scan and the Registration process was quick. The staff was courteous. The staff that performed the CT Scan was helpful and informative. I appreciate what our Hometown Hospital offers.
to the xray dept as she said the order was there. It wasn't. I was sent to registration. Several people ahead of me so they requested I go to ER to be registered. It took her a significant amount of time to enter information. Stated the doctor on the form was incorrect and had to correct that. Then back up to the doctor's office to wait anotherhour
I had an awesome experience with a caring staff who made sure I was comfortable the entire stay. My the doctor performing my surgery kept me fully updated and did an amazing job.
