My hot water heater broke called comfort zone to fix it they came out to my house 4 times 600$ later I called the competition they informed me that the model and brand heater I had is a defective unit and they would recommend working on it just to invest 400$ into a new unit. So my new hot water heater cost me 1000 bucks thanks to these people! Would not recommend this establishment I would call around
