Sadly- he mentioned this to someone else, who also had a similar experience and vowed to NEVER take their dog their again after having their dogs botched and harmed.
They immediately called and left a voicemail and have never received a call back to even apologize.
After the $35.00 grooming of a small dog- and a $100. trip to the vet after having a dog groomed here- the vet was totally in shock and recommended that photo's be taken of all of the painful cuts and abrasions to the dog. NOT only did they cut every every one of his four feet, his testicles AND PENIS were shaved and are completely raw, oozing puss and have scabs, are swollen and are inflamed over the entire surface (not just a little nick- but the ENTIRE PENIS AND TESTICLES, his ears are totally uneven in length- (at least an inch difference), his hair is shaved so close to his skin - AND all we asked for was a slight trim- (his hair was 4" long all over his body and we asked to have him cleaned up a bit- but leave him full....The dog is traumatized and in pain and the vet put him on tranquilizers, anti-inflammatory, antibiotics and a cleansing spray that needs to be applied every few hours as well a cone for his head.
DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!
Id recommend that anyone who decides to take their dog here, even after reading this review- that they double check and verify the training certifications of every groomer there as well, make sure that it is not a fake internet certificate.
It makes you question what else has happened here....
My brother and his fiance (who are upstanding good quality people) were repeat customers- and they we will NEVER take their dog here again, and will warn EVERY person they can about them. They just told me what they experienced and sent me photo's and I refuse to keep my mouth shut as the treatment of their dog is unconscionable:
They have brought their dog in several times before and did not have an issue when the owner did the grooming, but the person who groomed that day assuredly was on crack or something along those lines (in our opinion).

This is totally and shamefully horrible to have any animal treated this way, and the fact that this has happened before to other people is beyond comprehension and they should undeniably NOT be in business.
