Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They even would come to the seats and give updates on orders and see if we needed anything. Great service for a fast food place.
I really get upset when I go to Arby's wanting one of those scrumptious sandwiches I see in their zillion-dollar ad campaigns - and end up with something that looks like it came from a convenience store. "WHERE'S THE MEAT????" - This particular sandwich cost me $6 or so, and what a rip-off. The picture is worth a thousand words (much more than the crappy sandwich).
Don't live around here.... This Arby's was NOT great at all... We walked in the tables were all dirty and there was a customer already complaing about the tables... If i was a secret shopper this place will be called in right away because the staff was very rude to the customer that was allready complaing

Two stars for the curly fries and because the staff in front were polite. Otherwise I would have said it was a one star or less. The roast beef was coarsely cut, rubbery, and tasted old. And there wasn’t much of it. The bun wasn’t grilled. No Arby’s sauce on the beef ‘n cheddar. Lots of dirty tables. One broken table. Supplies (lids, straws, napkins) low. VERY dirty toilet. There was nobody in line at the counter, but it took at least twelve minutes to get our order, while the staff focused on the drive-through customers. They gave us two cherry turnovers to make up for the wait, but they were uncooked!!! We don’t have an Arby’s anywhere near where we live, so this was supposed to be a treat. Sadly, we were quite disappointed.
