Went for an upgrade on a phone--knowing exactly what I wanted. Spent over an hour doing the paperwork and the trying to get the phone to "activate". Data was "down" was the first reasoning and then the old phone still on was the final hurdle. After all of that, my service was cut off due to non payment! Really? That should have come up during the purchase. We all make mistakes...just wasn't my best day.

Waited for 20 minutes with 2 or 3 people ahead of me. Was trying to return their modem to them. Finally I just gave up and left. Don't recommend them.
Under staffed. I always have to wait 30 minutes or longer for help paying a bill or address problems with my phone.
